What are we looking for? As a DevOps Engineer, you'll be a key contributor to the performance, security, and reliability of our live systems and cloud infrastructure. You'll work hands-on with modern technologies like Kubernetes, Terraform, and Azure, enabling scalable, automated, and resilient solutions across our engineering teams.

This role offers the opportunity to solve complex challenges in cloud-native environments and collaborate closely with engineers, tech leads, and managers. You'll help elevate our DevOps maturity and drive continuous improvement across our development and deployment pipelines.

What are you expected to do?

  • Partner with engineering teams to provide timely DevOps support and guidance.
  • Design and implement cloud-native, well-architected, reliable, and scalable solutions aligned with long-term tech strategy.
  • Develop and maintain intuitive tools and automation to streamline infrastructure management and software delivery.
  • Champion DevOps best practices across the organization, including infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, and incident management.
  • Drive operational excellence by surfacing key metrics and ensuring reliability and availability of platforms.
  • Continuously improve our cloud security posture in collaboration with security team.
  • Participate in incident response efforts, root cause analysis, and postmortem documentation.

You'll be a great fit if

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Devops, hands-on experience with Azure Cloud deployments including app services
  • You have proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly Terraform.
  • You have hands-on experience with Azure Cloud deployments including app services.
  • You have a strong background in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance (Azure DevOps or similar).
  • You have a deep understanding of DevOps principles, especially security and governance in cloud-native environments.
  • You are proficient in scripting/automation using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • You have experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • You have a solid understanding of microservice architecture best practices.
  • You have experience working with Kubernetes in production environments.
  • You have familiarity with .Net application deployments.

We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following

  • Experience in cloud networking (VNet peering, hub-and-spoke architectures).
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based firewalls/WAF solutions.
  • Experience with Private Endpoints and DNS architecture in Azure.

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

  • There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
  • We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
  • If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
