Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager, 401(k) Onboarding Support Services to lead a team of Onboarding Consultants in our Client Success department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire client onboarding process, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Onboarding Consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Own the entire client onboarding process, including timely lead and manage client escalations
  • Establish policies and procedures to guide the Onboarding Support team
  • Manage pipeline plans, daily team activities, and adjust workloads, resources, or timelines as needed
  • Monitor and continually improve the Onboarding template and processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support project teams and develop recommendations
  • Build and optimize client onboarding processes to simplify and streamline the onboarding experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Client Success and/or Customer Service experience
  • 3-5 years of direct leadership experience over a team of 3+
  • 3-5 years of 401(k)/Recordkeeping experience
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Implementation/Onboarding Manager
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or similar field
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and presentation skills
  • Previous CRM or PM Software experience
