Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver online courses in Network & Communications Management, aligning with DeVry University's curriculum standards
• Create and update course materials, syllabi, and lesson plans to ensure relevance and effectiveness
• Utilize online technologies and software to facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Assess student learning, provide feedback, and evaluate course effectiveness
• Participate in faculty training and development activities to stay current with best practices in online education

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (Doctoral degree preferred)
• 18 graduate hours in the subject being taught (for undergraduate teaching)
• Requisite subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills
• Excellent motivational and instructional skills in a diverse and non-traditional environment
• Ability to work collaboratively and facilitate diverse groups
