Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - CCC Location: Wisconsin (Remote) Job Type: Full-Time, Independent Contractor (1099) About Us: We are a dynamic and forward-thinking organization dedicated to providing exceptional speech and language therapy services to individuals across Wisconsin through teletherapy. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to join our team as afully remote full-time independent contractor. In this role, you will provide comprehensive speech and language assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions for a diverse caseload through online services. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapy to clients of all ages, including children, adults, and seniors.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment and progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and therapy sessions.
• Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Proven experience in providing speech and language therapy in schoolsettings.
• Strong skills and the ability to work independently as an independent contractor (1099).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
