As a remote Legal Transcriptionist, you'll have the flexibility to work from home, set your own schedule, and enjoy a competitive per-page rate with opportunities for incentive increases.

As a key member of our team, you'll produce high-quality, verbatim transcripts with a standard turnaround time of 5-7 days, with opportunities for shorter turnaround times at higher rates. If you have a passion for the legal field, exceptional typing skills, and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who can commit to at least 20 physical hours per week and has a strong understanding of legal formatting requirements.

About the Role

• Produce accurate and high-quality transcripts for our clients

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typing speed of at least 70 WPM
• At least 1 year of legal transcription experience
• Ability to ensure 98% accuracy with strong attention to detail and research capabilities
• Exceptional written communication skills and working knowledge of legal formatting requirements
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word 2013 or newer

• Quality headphones and Infinity USB foot pedal
