As a Lead Machine Operator - Floor Lead, you will play a critical role in driving success and ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing floor. To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant Machine Operator experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Floor Lead experience
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Ability to manage and train a team of 3-5 people
• Basic math skills and mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to identify problems and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

As a Lead Machine Operator - Floor Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Following safety guidelines and standard work instructions
• Performing hands-on tasks and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and conducting routine maintenance checks
• Ensuring product meets customer specifications and meeting production standards
• Working in a team environment and maintaining accurate records
