As a Work-from-Home Professional with Powelson Consulting, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sales, and technical support to our clients. You will work on a variety of projects, including call center, customer service, sales, and data entry/management-based roles. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Job Requirements

• A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home or private office, free from distractions and interruptions
• Fluency and proficiency in utilizing multiple tabs, monitors, programs, portals, tools, applications, and software simultaneously, with extreme comfortability in data entry
• Excellent phone, email, text/SMS, and overall office etiquette, with the ability to demonstrate compassion, friendliness, sympathy, empathy, and understanding when needed
• Comfort and confidence in talking with people, with the ability to pick up a phone (or headset) and communicate professionally
• A modern, well-equipped laptop and/or desktop that meets our technical requirements, with regular home (or business) internet service and access to a VoIP headset
• Access to a USB flash drive (up to 64gb) and dual monitors (for some projects)
