Job Summary

We're hiring a Remote Medical Call Center Agent to perform outbound calls to carriers, verify medical insurance coverage, and ensure seamless patient care. As a key member of our team, you'll utilize your computer skills for data entry, gather and review patient billing and medical information, and operate in accordance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to carriers to verify medical insurance coverage
• Utilize computer skills for data entry and manage patient information
• Gather and review patient billing and medical information
• Operate in accordance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in medical insurance verification (no exceptions)
• Professional communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
• Insurance verification and data entry experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Great work attitude and willingness to help others
