Job Title: Multi-Store Asset Protection Manager - The Home Depot

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Store Asset Protection Manager to join our team at The Home Depot. As a key member of our Asset Protection team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing asset protection strategies across multiple stores, driving results, and fostering a culture of safety and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective asset protection plans to minimize shrinkage and prevent theft
• Conduct investigations, interviews, and audits to identify and address potential security threats
• Build and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other stakeholders to enhance our brand's reputation
• Provide coaching, training, and development to asset protection team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them
• Collaborate with store management and other teams to drive business results and achieve company goals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in retail asset protection or a related field
• Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of multi-unit retail asset protection experience
• Leadership experience in a team environment
• Experience with investigations, interviews, and audits
• Knowledge of security systems and technologies
• LPC/LPQ certification
