About the Role

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a wide range of GTM roles, including sales, marketing, revenue operations, and account management positions
• Collaborate with ASG's Growth Team to develop and implement effective talent strategies across our portfolio of companies
• Build strong relationships with key Hiring Managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes
• Utilize creative sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify and engage high-quality, diverse candidates
• Drive data-driven decision-making and maintain a high level of efficiency and speed in all recruitment searches
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring a positive and inclusive interaction with our brand

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and experience sourcing high-volume, qualified candidates
• Experience hiring for GTM roles, including sales, marketing, and revenue operations, preferred
• Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and experience working with high-growth startups or private equity firms
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with candidates and Hiring Managers, with a track record of successful search management and closure
