Remote Product Designer Opportunity at Meta ($25/Hour)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to join our team at Meta, the company behind Facebook, Instagram, and other leading technologies. As a Product Designer, you will play a central role in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and meet the needs of our global community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative design solutions that drive product strategy and growth across the organization
• Design end-to-end experiences that impact a wide range of users at scale, utilizing prototyping tools to bring concepts to life
• Create new experiences or features that advance visual systems and drive product direction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers, to direct the user experience of a product from conception to launch
• Provide and receive feedback from the product team to continuously raise the bar for quality, while also taking on mentorship and coaching opportunities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience building and shipping applications or software at a company-level scale, with a focus on leading the end-to-end experience in a large, complex space
• 2+ years of interaction design experience, with a deep understanding of user needs and the ability to evangelize design solutions
• 2+ years of visual design experience, with expertise in typography, UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense
• 2+ years of strategic product thinking, with experience developing product goals, identifying opportunities in a global market, and making decisions based on user and business impact
• Experience presenting work to senior leaders, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate design goals and ideas

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience showcasing your end-to-end design process across multiple projects, including collaboration and visual design artifacts, different prototypes, and high-fidelity models
• Experience connecting your work to other industry-leading initiatives across the organization, while driving collaboration and leadership
• Examples of leadership in non-design aspects that have made a team stronger and positively impacted the workplace
