As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our properties are clean, comfortable, and welcoming to our guests. This is a part-time opportunity with a competitive daily pay rate of $200.00 - $400.00 and a flexible schedule.

As an Experienced Airbnb Cleaner with our company, you will be responsible for:

• Performing thorough cleaning tasks for vacation rental properties, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organization
• Handling laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing linens, towels, and other items
• Changing linens, making beds, and ensuring all bedrooms are tidy and welcoming
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and other shared spaces to the highest standards
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as cleaning carpets and upholstery
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including tables, desks, and windowsills
• Emptying trash bins, replacing liners, and restocking essential supplies
• Adhering to established cleaning protocols and safety standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests
• Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns, accommodating special requests, and providing a personalized experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Prior experience in cleaning Airbnb properties, hotels, or similar establishments
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and address client needs
• Familiarity with housekeeping practices for short-term rentals, including checking for missing items, reporting damages, and restocking essentials
• Keen attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
• Knowledge of proper laundering techniques for linens and towels
