Join Our Team: Evening/Weekend Therapist (Remote and Hybrid Opportunities)

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Pennsylvania-licensed Psychologists, LPCs, LMFTs, and/or LCSWs to join our team as Evening/Weekend Therapists, with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setting.

As an Evening/Weekend Therapist at Equilibria, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and adults, and specialize in areas such as trauma, addiction recovery, eating disorders, and more. Our supportive leadership team and collaborative environment will empower you to thrive in your role, with access to group and individual clinical consultation, easy-to-use online scheduling and documentation systems, and a healthy work-life balance.

Our ideal candidates will have a strong background in outpatient settings, experience working with diverse populations, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Three (3) years of experience providing therapy and/or formal psychological assessments
• Pennsylvania License (Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) required before starting
• Ability to schedule at least 8 appointments per week in the evenings or weekends
