JOB SUMMARY The Regional Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for providing HR oversight for individually assigned sites and acting as a liaison between HR and the rest of the organization in order to execute HR initiatives. The duties include administering policies, engaging in employee relations, ensuring HR compliance, recruiting and onboarding new hires, and communication in a Union Environment. Position reports to Director of Field HR. Hybrid Role: Hiring Two HR Business Partners One HRBP will support our sites in Texas, Iowa, and Wisconsin One HRBP will support locations in Louisiana, New York, Connecticut, Delaware, as well as remote sites ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as primary HR contact for employees across multiple sites, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring positive work environment.
  • Manage hourly recruitment process, including RAF’s job postings, interviews/phone screens, hiring, and onboarding new employees across all assigned locations.
  • Ensure consistent enforcement of company policies, procedures, and standards across al sites while maintaining compliance with local lab laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs to employees across various locations, ensuring consistent learning and development opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies across all sites.
  • Maintain employee records, manage HR documentation, and handle benefits administration and payroll queries.
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture across sites.
  • Travel between company sites as required to provide in-person support, conduct training, or manage HR-related projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum required experience is associates degree in related field. HRCI or SHRM certification preferred.
  • Minimum related experience required for this position is 4 years.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills. Strong written and oral communication skills and a working knowledge of employment laws. Prior HR experience in manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers and employees.
  • This position requires an ability to define problems, collect data, and apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instruction.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in sometimes complex situations.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged sitting and use of computer.
  • Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
  • Travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with other location personnel, clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
