As a Remote Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving issues related to internet speeds, outages, and email support
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to deliver exceptional customer service
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A computer running Windows 10, 11, or the latest macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old)
- A USB headset and webcam
- At least one 15" or larger monitor
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace
- Excellent technical and customer service skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods and type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
