Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics management and venue coordination.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all event needs are met.
- Support the development of event marketing materials, including social media posts and promotional content.
- Help set up and break down event spaces, including arranging furniture and decor.
- Monitor event budgets and assist with financial tracking and reporting.
- Participate in event rehearsals and coordinate event-day activities to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event registration software.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
