About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Operations Specialist to join our team. This 8-month contract-to-hire position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business operations. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for manually entering Accounts Payable invoices, managing data entry tasks, organizing and cross-referencing documents, and handling scanning, copying, and retrieval of records.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual entry of Accounts Payable invoices for integration
Manage data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
Organize and cross-reference documents to ensure efficient processing
Handle scanning, copying, and retrieval of records
Check incoming invoices, make copies, distribute them, and update records with new information
Store paperwork alphabetically and manage vendor issues while maintaining updated vendor files
