As an EAP Consultant, you'll be embedded at Roanoke Memorial Hospital, providing confidential counseling, consulting, and coaching services to individuals, teams, and units. You'll also have the opportunity to travel to other hospitals within Carilion Clinic and make a positive impact on our community.

Key Responsibilities: * Provide supportive services to individuals, teams, and units at Roanoke Memorial Hospital and other Carilion Clinic locations * Offer confidential counseling, consulting, and coaching services to address psycho-social needs * Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective solutions * Travel to other hospitals within Carilion Clinic as needed * Work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends Requirements: * Master's degree in a counseling field * EAP experience preferred * Certified Employee Assistant Professional (CEAP) certification required, or procurement of such within 1 year of hire * Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia preferred * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills * Familiarity with EAP core technologies and essential components of the Employee Assistance profession * Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint What We Offer: * Competitive salary * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Paid time off and holidays * Onsite fitness studios and discounts to our Carilion Wellness centers * Access to our health and wellness app, Virgin Pulse * Discounts on childcare * Continued education and training opportunities How to Apply: If you're a motivated and compassionate professional looking to make a difference in healthcare, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
