About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our Product team in Carlsbad, working on one of our flagship mobile games. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in driving business decisions, analyzing game metrics, and informing product strategies. Responsibilities:

• Support the Lead Product Manager in developing and managing games
• Conduct feature analysis using SQL, Tableau, and Excel to drive business decisions
• Analyze data, build automated reports, and work with the analytics team to optimize game metrics
• Validate business intelligence calls and ensure data accuracy
• Assist in managing in-game economy, sales, push notifications, seasonal content, and user acquisition
• Evaluate industry trends and competitor analysis to inform product roadmaps
• Design A/B test experiments and forecast KPI improvements
• Communicate insights and recommendations to team members

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the mobile games industry
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Highly proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Excel
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, business, or related fields
