About the Role:
* Respond to inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits and resolve customer inquiries and issues * Provide education and status updates on previously submitted documents and requests * Meet performance goals in efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendanceRequirements:
* 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus) * Excellent communication and multitasking skills * Empathetic and good listening skills * Previous sales or benefits experience ideal * High school diploma required * Must be able to clear a background check * Bilingual Spanish/English speakers preferredWhat We Offer:
