As a pivotal member of our content team, you will drive our social media presence, craft compelling brand stories, and produce engaging content that resonates with our diverse global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy & Content Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, grow organic reach, and drive engagement across platforms.
• Content Creation: Ideate, develop, and produce high-quality social content (text, images, videos) using user-generated content, and leverage various formats like IG carousels, stories, and reels to amplify reach.
• Influencer & Community Engagement: Build relationships with followers, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner, and identify and engage with influencers, artists, and brand ambassadors to build meaningful partnerships.
• Trend Analysis & Content Optimization: Stay up-to-date with timely trending topics on social media, analyze social media metrics and insights to inform strategy refinement, and optimize performance.
• Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with our founder to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader company goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of copywriting, journalism, social media, video production, or editing experience with a focus on creative, lifestyle, or culture brands.
• Creative Skills: Exceptional writing skills paired with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
• Industry Enthusiasm: Craft, design, travel, and culture enthusiast with sensitivity to create content that resonates with our diverse global audience.
• Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram strategies, including best practices for posts, Reels, Stories, and engagement.
• Analytical Skills: Expertise with social media measurement tools and reporting, and knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Portfolio: A portfolio of writing and social video samples to share.
