Workwarp is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our online marketplace by reviewing user-generated content, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring compliance with our publication rules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content, such as sales ads, to ensure compliance with our publication rules and guidelines.
• Provide timely and effective support to users via email, responding to their questions and concerns related to the online marketplace.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on market trends, moderation best practices, and publication rules.
• Collaborate with managers to identify trends, common user mistakes, and areas for improvement.
• Evaluate and make informed decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Danish (both verbal and written) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer care, or online business is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer literate.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused with a willingness to assist.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
