Content Creator for Online Assessments - Student Position

Join our dynamic remote team at Workwarp as a Content Creator for Online Assessments! We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented student to create and migrate content for online assessments. As a Content Creator, you will have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively to develop randomized algebra problems for an online assessment platform.

About the Role

We are looking for a student with a strong background in quantitative disciplines, such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering, to join our team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for:

• Creating new or modifying existing algebra assessment problems
• Inputting problems into an online assessment platform
• Verifying accuracy and robustness of problems in the online assessment platform

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in quantitative disciplines, such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• The ability to work 10-20 hours per week
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• The ability to work independently and on a team
• A desire to learn and improve
• Discretion in handling confidential information
• The ability to quickly learn new software
• Having passed MA 161/162 or equivalent with an A or B grade

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

• Experience with LaTeX or computer programming
