We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our Content Creation & Digital Integration team, working remotely to drive success and elevate stories among key advocates and content creators.

If you're a social media enthusiast with a passion for content creation and a love for the Disney brand, this could be your dream role! As a Communications Specialist - Influencers, you'll have the opportunity to work with a specialized bi-coastal team, collaborating with partners across the segment to execute influencer projects and build meaningful relationships with influencers and bloggers/vloggers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and vet influencers for projects, manage outreach, and serve as a point-of-contact throughout engagement, including hosting influencers on property when applicable
• Assist with influencer events and experiences, developing curated itineraries and coordinating logistics and travel plans with the Special Events team
• Contribute to building the team's network of influencers and bloggers/vloggers, researching and discovering new creator contacts
• Develop campaign/project reports, analyze metrics, and provide valuable insights to inform future strategies
• Stay up-to-date on emerging social media features, platforms, competitive landscape, and influencer industry trends

Basic Qualifications

• Passion for social media and the influencer space, with a unique personal and professional perspective
• Strategic mindset and flair for disruptive thinking
• Collaborative team player with a willingness to share innovative ideas
• Proven track record of building meaningful influencer relationships and driving authentic storytelling
• Nimble, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
• Appreciation for the Disney brand and understanding of the global businesses within Disney Parks, Experiences and Products
• Relevant experience in communications, public relations, and/or influencer marketing
• Able to work up to 30 hours per week

Required Education

• BA or BS in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
