Responsibilities:

• Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including collection goals and quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve performance

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience
• Two (2) years of Collection Experience
• Mathematical and Analytical Skills
• Negotiation Skills
