We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op, On-Board Services - Safety and Security to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of our On-Board Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our operations, while also contributing to the development of innovative solutions to drive business success.

As an On-Board Services Safety and Security Co-op, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including:

• Conducting safety and security observations/audits of catering business partners
• Automating manual data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Managing ramp and safety training programs for internal and external stakeholders
• Developing innovative solutions to operational data systemwide

You will work closely with our On-Board Services Safety teams, Corporate Security, and operational leaders across the system, as well as our catering business partners, to identify areas of improvement in their safety culture.

What You Need to Succeed:

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Be an undergraduate student in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, Industrial/Operations Management, Business Administration, or Hospitality
• Be available for three alternating semesters (Spring 2025, Summer 2025, and Fall 2025)
• Be willing to travel up to 50% to various airport locations
• Have strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Power Platform (e.g. Power BI, Automate, and Apps)
• Prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
• Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles
