  • Follow company protocols and best practices to deliver exceptional chat support
  • Stay flexible and adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in online or chat support environments
  • Proficiency in chat-support software and basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping principles is a plus
  • Strong work ethic, positive demeanor, and ability to adapt to new processes and technologies
  • Excellent persuasion and communication skills
