Remote Central Selling Associate - Flooring (CST, MT, & PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Central Selling Associate to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Central Selling Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, managing sales processes, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage system-based work queues to identify and prioritize sales activities
• Utilize internal selling and project management systems to obtain and verify information related to service requests
• Communicate effectively with stores, service providers, and customers via phone, email, and other communication applications
• Provide product and promotional information to customers, and add relevant details to quotes as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and resolve customer issues
• Provide feedback and insights to supervisors and leadership teams to drive process improvements
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Up to one year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, or similar work environment
• Internet access with a minimum download speed of 20mbps and upload speed of 5mbps
• Ability to work in a distraction-free environment and be accessible during scheduled work hours
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in the remodeling or construction industry
• Lowe's store experience
• Installed flooring sales experience
• Experience using MS Dynamics or similar CRM tools
