Job Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales calls with professionalism and empathy, guiding customers and scheduling appointments
• Communicate effectively in both scripted and non-scripted environments, building rapport with customers and addressing their unique needs
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, utilizing persuasion techniques to influence positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in real-time, ensuring seamless customer interactions
• Respond to email correspondence in a clear and concise manner, enhancing the overall customer experience

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a call center environment (sales, customer service, collections, or telemarketing)
• An upbeat and results-driven personality with a strong work ethic
• High integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing every time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers and peers
• Proficiency in computer and telephone systems, including Microsoft and CRM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to constant coaching and feedback

Compensation and Hours

• Hourly wage: $15/hour, plus commission and bonuses
• Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm CST

• Windows operating system
• i5 computer processor (i7 preferred) with 8GB of RAM (12GB preferred)
• Printer/scanner
• Computer or laptop with camera and speakers
• USB headset
