Responsibilities

As a C++ Developer with Python expertise, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and delivering complex software systems using C++ and Python
• Leading and guiding a team of developers in coding efforts for distributed control systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Refactoring code for performance and scalability in complex multi-processor distributed control systems
• Developing and maintaining unit tests and ensuring high-quality code delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimum of BS in Computer Science or a related field (MS or Ph.D. a plus)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical development roles
• Strong experience with C++ and Python programming languages
• Experience with socket programming, OS configuration, and BSP configuration
• Experience with multi-threaded application development, unit testing, and Linux-based development environments

Nice to Have

Additional experience with the following technologies is a plus:

• freeRTOS, Embedded Linux customization, SoC platform, CPU performance monitoring
• gtest, gmock, tftpboot, test-driven development, ARM architecture, JTAG programming, Xilinx SoC platform
