About the Role: As a Business Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying supply optimization opportunities, uncovering coverage gaps, and discovering menu optimization opportunities. You'll work closely with our Supply Curation, Menus, Sales, Merchandising Ops, and Relish teams to understand supply needs and opportunities, and use data analytics tools such as Excel, Sigma, and HubSpot to connect data points, align metrics, and build plans to bridge coverage gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify top restaurants and menu items to meet customer demand
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand supply needs and opportunities
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
• Build playbooks to scale supply and introduce new products and offerings
• Process building and workflow quality assurance to drive task efficiency and operational reliability
• Day-to-day operations tasks, including managing tasks, reporting, data analysis, and resource allocation

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in an Operations-focused role
• 2+ years of data analytics experience in a professional setting, utilizing Excel and other tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories with data
• Technical expertise, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems
• Ownership mentality, with a bias towards action and a focus on delivering results
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
