This is a remote opportunity, offering a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $105,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits.

About Our Team Our Credit and Fraud Risk team is a critical part of our business, responsible for managing enterprise risks and developing industry-first data capabilities. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results and creating a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project deliverables to achieve business results
- Work effectively in a team environment to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions
- Communicate complex ideas and solutions to stakeholders

- Integrate with cross-functional business partners worldwide
Requirements
- 1+ years' experience in a related field
- Ability to drive project deliverables and achieve business results
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Operations Research)
- Advanced degree (Masters+) is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL, SAS, Java, Hive, Yellow Brick, or Python is a plus
