Associate Manager, Digital Ordering Strategic Initiatives - Unlocking Growth and Innovation

Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly motivated and strategic Associate Manager to join our DoorDash Drive team, focusing on digital ordering strategic initiatives. As a key member of our Strategy & Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving company growth, identifying new vectors for growth, and solving important challenges for our merchant partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the penetration of our first-party products with SMB restaurants in the US and Canada
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve complex challenges, inform product and GTM strategies, and drive operational efficiency
• Analyze complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations to merchants and internal teams
• Design and execute experiments to test and build processes that drive growth and retention of our most important merchants
• Establish best practices for scaling platform products and develop initiatives to increase team productivity and drive enablement across the organization

What We're Looking For:

• 4-6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, or client experience
• Proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally, and succeeding in a team environment
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to challenge and dissect data
• Entrepreneurial spirit, with a bias for action and a willingness to take calculated risks
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
