As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Executing development for multiple parallel project engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, copy, and design, to develop innovative and user-centric digital experiences
• Ensuring best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use are integrated into project development from the outset
• Providing coaching, feedback, and oversight to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
• Partnering with QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identifying areas for process improvement and optimizing development workflows
