About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful deployment of Amazon Connect projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project development and execution from initiation to closure, utilizing our standard project methodology. Your expertise will be essential in facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as coordinating meetings and communications between clients and our project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development and execution from initiation to closure
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Coordinate meetings and communications between clients and our project team
• Clearly communicate expectations to team members and delegate tasks and responsibilities
• Identify project success criteria and disseminate to involved parties throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in a preferred area (computer science, project management, business, or accounting)
• 5 years of technical project management experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• Experience managing Amazon Connect projects
• At least 4 years of experience working with business functional teams or relevant work experience in information technology and project management
• Skilled in project management methodologies, with proficiency in agile team management and coaching, client relationship management, budget management, and contract compliance
