Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Support Associate to join our team at Aetna. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be the primary point of contact for individuals seeking support and guidance on their mental health and wellness journey. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, navigate complex issues, and connect individuals with the right resources and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery and utilization of work-life, employee assistance, and manager resources
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify customer needs and provide personalized support and resources
  • Utilize internal databases and online resources to identify potential suppliers and assets
  • Enter customer data into the appropriate EAP system and maintain accurate and complete documentation
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless support and resolve complex issues

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer care experience required
  • 1+ years of call center experience required
  • 1+ years of experience in a social, mental, or human services field providing customer support
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mental health and human services foundation preferred
  • Behavioral health experience preferred
  • 1+ years of medical care experience preferred
  • 1+ years of remote work experience preferred
  • Insurance/clinical knowledge preferred

Education:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
