Remote Client Manager - American Express ($30-$35/Hour)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Remote Client Manager to join our team at American Express. As a Remote Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth, and fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. This is a full-time, remote opportunity offering a competitive salary of $30-$35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hold and grow a portfolio of high-value T&E/Supplier Payment clients through proactive engagement and strategic planning
• Develop and execute tailored plans to drive program growth, efficiency, client satisfaction, and retention
• Build and maintain deep relationships with clients at all levels, both internally and externally
• Communicate the Global Corporate Payments value proposition to clients and identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to cross-sell and upsell relevant products and services
• Resolve client issues using formal project plans and additional action plans as required
• Analyze client P&Ls to develop consultative strategies to improve key drivers and margins

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Card Relationship Management, Consulting, or Sales
• Strong understanding of Acquire-to-Pay cycles and Accounting/ERP Systems
• Project management skills and experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead conversations, influence decisions, and drive results
