You will be responsible for in-depth market analysis, identifying emerging trends, and developing actionable strategies to attract high-value sellers and optimize our product offerings. Your insights will directly contribute to the success of our platform and the satisfaction of our global customer base. You will be a key contributor to our growth trajectory, leveraging your analytical skills and business acumen to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deep Market Understanding: Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace landscape, including seasonal trends, global dynamics, and competitor activities. Continuously monitor industry developments and emerging technologies.
  • Strategic Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential sellers to our platform through targeted outreach, industry events, and compelling presentations.
  • Seller Enablement & Advocacy: Provide guidance and best practice recommendations to sellers, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize their online selling strategies for enhanced delivery, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating market insights and collaborating to resolve seller challenges and optimize platform performance.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze market data to identify product selection gaps, inform go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and recommend opportunities for expanding our product offerings.
  • Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales, market research, or business development role, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and demonstrating a consultative, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong passion for identifying and promoting new products and offerings to expanding markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with a comfort level interpreting complex economic data.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and lead in a high-energy, rapidly evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience within the e-commerce sector.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics market is highly desirable.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience.
