Join Alaska Airlines as a Remote Lounge Hospitality Host and be the welcoming face that makes a lasting impression on our guests. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for creating a positive and seamless experience within our airport lounges, ensuring comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain lounge food and beverage stations, ensuring freshness, safety, and appealing presentation.
- Restock and organize supplies, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including cleaning spills, tables, and removing waste.
- Clean and maintain food and beverage equipment, including coffee, soda, and juice machines.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, addressing their needs and answering questions.
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, twist, squat, stoop, reach, and handle.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Must be able to obtain a State Food Handler Grant and Alcohol Merchant/Server Certification.
