Product Owner (Remote or Szczecin)

Your Role

• Validate early-stage ideas and lead discovery efforts to inform product development
• Own product development from concept to MVP and beyond, shaping direction and prioritizing features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and stakeholders, to build and launch products quickly and iteratively
• Define and evolve the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on data, impact, and feasibility

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery of new product ideas, defining user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Conduct user interviews, customer safaris, and market research to shape product strategy and identify key user pain points
• Translate insights into detailed product requirements, from high-level vision to edge cases
• Partner with design, engineering, and stakeholders to build and launch MVPs quickly and iteratively
• Own and evolve the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on data, impact, and feasibility
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and product success metrics
• Facilitate sprints, workshops, and cross-functional alignment to keep the team focused and fast
• Support go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and feedback loops post-launch

Requirements

• Proven experience launching 0→1 digital products, ideally in venture studios, startups, or innovation labs
• Fluency in modern product development: Discovery, Lean Startup, Continuous Delivery, Agile
• Track record of converting ambiguity into tangible, testable hypotheses
• Experience writing user stories, specs, and collaborating closely with design & dev
• Familiarity with tools like Miro, Clickup, Figma, and product analytics tools
• Comfort in high-autonomy, low-structure environments
• Strong communication skills in both English and Polish

Nice to Have

• Background in UX research or behavioral science
• Experience in no-code/low-code prototyping
• Business modeling or financial forecasting exposure
