Job Summary

We're seeking a highly creative and skilled Junior Marketing Designer to craft engaging content across various formats, including digital ads, email campaigns, social posts, and landing pages. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll create visually stunning work that drives conversions and helps us achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital ads and iterations across multiple platforms to drive engagement and conversions
  • Develop visually compelling email assets that capture attention and encourage action
  • Build eye-catching social graphics, GIFs, and short-form visuals that showcase our brand's personality
  • Collaborate on designing and optimizing landing pages with strong UX and visual flow to enhance user experience
  • Contribute to the development of brand and campaign visuals that align with our business objectives
  • Maintain and evolve our visual style, ensuring consistency while pushing creative boundaries
  • Bring innovative ideas to the table and bring them to life through your design expertise

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in design, with a focus on digital marketing content
  • A solid portfolio showcasing your digital design skills, particularly in marketing content creation
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and motion design principles
  • Ability to design within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
  • Proficiency in Figma and Framer, with experience working in fast-paced, remote teams

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $73,000 - $105,000 (dependent on location, experience, and qualifications)
