We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Project Manager (Customer Success Specialist) to join our team at Wolters Kluwer. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation and release of our Business License Services for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

In this fully remote role, you will apply your specialized knowledge and project management skills to coordinate, organize, and direct the onboarding process, managing risk and issue management, planning, resource scheduling, and scope management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal partners, guiding other team members and departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client license portfolios and implement Business License Services for enterprise customers
  • Coordinate and direct the onboarding process, ensuring smooth customer introduction and ongoing satisfaction
  • Apply project management skills to manage risk, issues, planning, resource scheduling, and scope
  • Collaborate with internal partners and guide other team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets using MS Excel

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Business, Management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of consultative customer service, account management, or project management experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the USA

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of consultative customer service or account management experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CT business practices, processes, products, and services
  • Experience with process and project management standards
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate with partner representatives, government agencies, colleagues, and clients
