Job Summary

• Position: Clinical Services Consultant
• Start Date: Immediate openings available
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $30/hour
• Location: Remote, with travel required (30-50%) from North Carolina to Southeast Florida

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to the development of supplier-driven assessments and performance improvement strategies, guides, tools, and systems. You will lead a local team of Directors, Project Managers, and Senior Clinical Strategists, and be responsible for maintaining a highly functional and motivating work environment to achieve business objectives and deliver superior solutions to Value-Based Care partners for Medicare beneficiaries.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in either provider or value-based care
• Administrative and project management experience required
• Financial acumen
• Exceptional verbal and written skills, including formal presentations for all levels of management, including C-suite
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, policy, research design, predictive modeling, ACO financing strategies, and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with and understand the needs of C-level executives and help translate those needs into actionable plans
• Experience navigating complex and often contentious issues, reaching consensus, and working through others to achieve strategic objectives
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and recommendations to internal partners and clients
• Experience working with clinical and claims data
• Proven leadership skills, with successful direct report management and coaching experience
