As an Analytics Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with large datasets, build scientific models, and drive insights to support executive compensation programs.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Analytics Specialist to join our Leader Compensation team in the HR division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing software and analytical expertise to build and improve solutions supporting executive compensation programs. This role will also lead data analysis and award estimation projects, driving best practices in a technology-first approach to executive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions to calculate incentive financial awards
• Build scientific models to support pay analyses and drive insights
• Work with large datasets of pay and HR history and develop logic for determining award eligibility
• Collaborate with HR Technology, Finance, IT, and local carriers to obtain data and transform it for analysis/estimation
• Build data visualizations to support analytical projects
• Seek out new ways to leverage and implement technology to improve processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Data Science, Business Analysis, or a related technical discipline
• 3 years of work experience in a quantitative business field, such as Business, Math, Economics, or Data Analysis
• 3 years of work experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from social databases
• 3 years of experience using SQL and at least one scripting language
• Experience with Data Visualization software (Power BI, Tableau)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Applied Data Science, or a related field
• Experience programming in TSQL and Python
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server/Azure SQL, Code editors (Visual Studio Code, Azure Data Studio), Alteryx Designer, HR or Finance data, Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps, or other automated workflow solutions
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and project management experience
