Remote Design Manager, Title & Launch Management

We're seeking an experienced design leader to join our team as a Remote Design Manager, Title & Launch Management. As a key member of our team, you will lead the design group responsible for developing critical project applications that ensure our titles are launched accurately, on-time, and at scale.

About the Role

• Lead a talented and diverse remote design team to plan and build applications that enable perfect global delivery, accurate labeling, and data-powered personalization.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and operations leadership partners to design and execute our product guides.
• Balance being a passionate advocate for our users while driving your teams towards operational excellence.
• Manage and mentor your design leadership team, helping them navigate the complexity and ambiguity of our business areas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performance design teams.
• Proven passion for B2B2C/Enterprise-related customer problems and a successful track record of delivering significant products at a global scale.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire, lead, and engage your design team.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, bringing thorough design thinking and operational structure to complex and evolving problem spaces.
