As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in our therapy team, working directly with children and families to implement individualized treatment plans and promote positive behaviors.

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team in Union County, NJ. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. This is a part-time, hourly position with flexible scheduling, including evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Implement custom-designed treatment plans to promote positive behaviors and skill acquisition in children with autism
• Collect and report data on client progress using advanced technology tools
• Provide support and guidance to families during treatment sessions and care team meetings
• Maintain open communication with families, supervisors, and other stakeholders
• Perform tasks as directed by the BCBA/LBA to ensure high-quality care and support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Access to reliable transportation
• Experience working with children with autism (preferred)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
