As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking medical assistance and support, providing exceptional customer service and building trust with patients and their families.

About the Role

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately documenting patient information, and escalating situations as necessary. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless interactions with patients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience; 1-2 years of healthcare experience desired
  • Excellent organizational, computer, and communication skills
  • Ability to type 25 wpm and work in a HIPAA-compliant environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace
