Job Overview

  • Start date: Immediate openings available
  • Location: Remote (with initial 4-week in-office training in Coppell, TX)
  • Compensation: $40,000 base salary with overtime eligibility, bi-annual bonuses, and annual equity grant

The Opportunity

Role Expectations

In the first 30 days, you will complete new hire orientation, gain industry knowledge, and develop critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues. As you progress, you will:

  • Investigate and resolve customer experience issues (60 days)
  • Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers and navigate our order queue (60 days)
  • Continue learning and advancing your skill sets to achieve individual and team goals (90 days)
  • Manage in-bound seller calls and monitor open and pending orders (90 days)

Work Schedule

  • Initial 4-week training: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (in-office)
  • Hybrid model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
  • Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with alternating days off (Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday)
