ACA Health Insurance Agent – Inbound Closer (Remote)

We’re entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and fully remote. You’ll never have to worry about lead flow, poor training, or a lack of guidance. What we need from you is simple: effort, coachability, and a closer’s mindset. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take inbound calls from qualified prospects (no cold calling)
• Work inbound leads using TLDialer
• Submit deals and applications efficiently
• Enroll clients using HealthSherpa
• Communicate daily with team and leadership via Discord
• Close 8+ deals/day and 40 deals/week minimum

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Health Insurance Agent (minimum of 6 active state licenses preferred)
• FFM Certification and E&O Insurance required (or able to obtain quickly)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (ACA background strongly preferred)
• High-energy, coachable, entrepreneurial attitude
• Able to work independently and remain accountable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Compensation:

• 100% Commission Role
• Earnings Range: $80,000 – $156,000/year+
• Bonus opportunities available
