Senior UX Designer – Shape the Future from the Ground Up Are you ready to design something from scratch—and do it with the backing of a proven, well-funded organization? Our client is building a brand-new, consumer-facing product within a thriving enterprise ecosystem, and they are looking for a Senior UX Designer to help lead the charge. What You’ll Do:
- Lead UX design for a new digital product from concept to launch
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing across diverse user groups
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are intuitive, accessible, and engaging
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align on vision, priorities, and feasibility
- Apply and evolve a design system grounded in Google Material Design
- Facilitate design reviews and feedback sessions with stakeholders and users
- Ensure a cohesive, user-centered experience across product verticals
- Iterate based on data, feedback, and evolving user needs
What You Bring:
- 8–10 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing work
- Expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience with Google Material Design and component-based design systems
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Ability to present and communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile development environments
- A passion for solving complex problems with elegant, user-centered solutions
